AL - RAZZAK Textile having Shuttles Looms for Dobby Weaving where the Terry Fabrics in different GSM qualities and Terry Towels in different Sizes, weights and dobby designs are being weaved under the observation of the high qualified technical staff which contribute in Producing Quality Products and timely Shipments.
Production Facility
Factory having equipped Stitching and Finishing Floors working across the year, and is facilitated with latest Terry Stitching Machines. AL-RAZZAK Textile guarantees that all the fabric leaving the finishing department is thoroughly checked and packed for relevant factors before being forwarded to the next stage of Production. Also ensure to follow the quality parameter quality during Inline Inspection and before forwarded to Q.A. team for Final Inspection.
Quality Control
ART maintains strict quality control practices to determine that all the goods are of customer required standards. Extensive use of total quality methods contributes greatly to meet the standard set by the company. Quality control processes are set up at every stage of production with stringent standards to ensuring the highest quality. The quality control personnel carry out pre-inspection of products at different stages to maintain standards and to find out defective products.
